Teens: Finding the Balance

Life’s cycle enables most adults to relate to a teenager, simply by remembering what growing up was like. These days Millennials and teenagers have something the previous generations might not be able to relate to, an uncertain future.

The Baby Boomer Generation is said to have had greatest opportunities of any recent generation. Therefore, opening the door to a bright future.

As MediaPost Blog points out, "College admissions have tightened, making it harder to get into the school of their dreams, and scholarships are drying up, making it harder to afford college."

What message should we be projecting to our tweens, teens and Millennials?

Hard work is mandatory for a stable future; but maintaining a balance of happiness and fun is equally as important.
