Beloved yogurt brand, Danimals, needed a refresh to appeal to a new generation of parents who care about freshness and quality ingredients while maintaining and enhancing the adventurous spirit the brand was built on.
We did a deep dive into everything from package form, to character design, to overall graphic treatment to create a vibrant, energy-packed new look to inject new life into Danimals. Delicious, fresh imagery of wholesome ingredients played a big part in our refresh, maximizing taste appeal across all brand segments.

We began by exploring a wide variety of package form ideas at the intersection of practicality and imagination.
As the brand’s major mascot, Bongo the monkey was an essential element of the package to carry forward. Originally limited to onw base model, we brought him to life, creating more active, adventurous poses. Bongo could be redrawn in entirely different styles to bring fresh, contemporary appeal, whi;e preserving the character’s equity.
Thanks to the versatility attained by expanding the branding and character design. Various applications were created to help inspire promotional items and complimentary products.
