The goal of this exercise was to uncover the key emotional, social and purchasing drivers for the iconic Hot Wheels brand in the current and fiercely competitive toy market.

SOLUTION

Our team approached key research through several methodologies—from recorded focus groups and retailer and industry leader interviews, to national surveys geared towards parents and young boys. We paired learnings from our focus groups, surveys and interviews with our discoveries in visual trends to design and execute a persuasive, multi-media presentation for the executive team at Mattel that included recommendations and opportunities to connect and drive engagement for the brand.
